How we work: we orchestrate — we do not hold fiduciary or compliance licences in-house. AML and legal services are contracted by you directly with the partner.
From intro meeting to engagement
- Intro & scope — a meeting on services, target markets and corporate-structure constraints.
- Fit analysis — SRO choice (VQF vs SO-FIT) and vehicle (AG vs GmbH), with our recommendation within ~1 week.
- Engagement letter — fee schedule, milestones and a month-by-month plan. Counter-signature kicks off Phase 1.
