Payment & PSP services
- Currency exchange — fiat ↔ fiat on behalf of third parties; FX conversion within payment flows
- Payment & transfer — payment execution and facilitation, remittance, electronic transfers on behalf of third parties
- Card acquiring — merchant acquiring and BIN-sponsorship arrangements (a recent SRO-regime development; card-scheme approval is required separately)
Crypto / VASP services
- Crypto exchange — fiat ↔ crypto, crypto ↔ crypto, and crypto-ATM services
- Custody & wallets — segregated client wallets, limited omnibus wallets, technical wallets
- Crypto brokerage — OTC brokerage and market-making
- Crypto payment acceptance
- Crypto-native services (subject to structure) — staking (PoS), ICO / IDO / ISPO, crypto lending
Key limitation: stablecoin issuance is practically not feasible under the current SRO regime. FINMA's position has tightened — a banking licence is effectively required.
Other financial intermediation
- Card issuing — payment cards to customers, BIN via VISA / Mastercard principal membership; prepaid, debit and commercial programmes
- Credit & loans — commercial loans, commercial leasing, crowd-lending
- Bank precious metals — trading on behalf of third parties (Au ≥ 995, Ag ≥ 999, Pt/Pd ≥ 999.5)
- Commodities — standardised liquid commodities, exchange-traded or OTC on behalf of third parties
Own IBANs via Dukascopy
A genuinely differentiated capability: the SRO member entity issues real, working multi-currency IBANs under its own BIC.
- The entity applies for and obtains its own BIC from SWIFT
- Because it is not a bank, the BIC is connected to a partner bank's rails — our partner is Dukascopy Bank (a FINMA-supervised Swiss bank)
- The result: fully functional IBANs issued under the SRO member's own BIC
What you get: multi-currency IBANs (USD, EUR, CHF and more), an individual IBAN per customer — truly segregated, not virtual sub-accounts — with SEPA, domestic CH and SWIFT flows supported via Dukascopy rails. Most EU-regime alternatives force either virtual IBANs under a provider's BIC or full banking-licence economics; this keeps your own Swiss banking identity while using a full-service Swiss bank's rails.
Card schemes & own BIN
Principal membership with the card schemes makes an own BIN possible, with issuer and acquirer under the same SRO membership. Where a scheme does not accept SRO membership directly, we route via a partner BIN sponsor. Card-scheme approval is always required separately.
